Jonna Miettinen

I am responsible for matters related to the employee lifecycle and the development of HR processes. My work includes, among other things, employment relationship advisory services, contract management, and the promotion of workplace well-being. I collaborate with occupational health services and prepare HR-related plans and reports. Additionally, I serve as the secretary for the cooperation committee, the occupational safety committee, and the employee group.
