How to Reach Us
It is easy to contact us. Our experts primarily serve via email, but also by phone and by appointment in person. On this page, you will find contact information and instructions on how to reach our office using different modes of transport.
We kindly request that you contact us primarily via email for daily matters. We no longer have a separate telephone switchboard or customer service desk at our premises. Please arrange in advance for any on-site visits. You can, of course, also reach our experts by phone.
Our office is located in the center of Turku at Linnankatu 52 B.
The entrance is on Linnankatu, opposite Kakolanrinne, in stairwell B. Our premises are on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. The entrance to the visitor center is through the door on the right. The entrance is accessible.
Arrival Instructions by Bicycle and on Foot
Our office is easy to reach on foot and by bicycle. From the Market Square, you can reach us on foot via Linnankatu, or by walking and cycling along the charming Aura River embankment. From Itäinen Rantakatu, you can conveniently reach the office by Föri. Bicycle parking for visitors is located on Linnankatu next to the entrance.

Arrival Instructions by Public Transport
Föli bus line 1 runs directly in front of our office. When coming from the city center, the nearest bus stop to our office is Kakola, and from the harbor direction, Panimo.

When arriving by train, Turku Central Railway Station is approximately two kilometers away, and the harbor is 1.5 km away.

Arrival Instructions by Car
When arriving by car, the nearest public parking spaces are located very close to the office. Among other options, 2-hour disc parking spaces are available on Linnankatu and Läntinen Rantakatu. For longer-term parking, spaces can be found on both sides of the river—Föri provides access across the river right to the corner of the office if needed.
At the edge of Varvintori, there are two electric car charging points. Other charging points are shown on the Turku Region Service Map below.
