Agendas, minutes and
official decisions

Minutes have been published since August 1, 2022. Older minutes and decisions can be requested from the registry office at kirjaamo@varsinais-suomi.fi.

Agendas are published five days before the meeting. The Regional Council agenda is published two weeks in advance.

Minutes are first published as unconfirmed and later as confirmed.

Attachments and supplementary materials are published together with agendas and minutes, unless they are subject to data protection or confidentiality.

Official decisions are published when they become available for public inspection. Decisions containing personal data are removed after the inspection period expires.
