I maintain the region’s connections with international partners. I convey messages from Varsinais-Suomi to Baltic Sea cooperation and the European Union. I support the international work of regional actors and welcome international visitors to Varsinais-Suomi.
I also serve as Acting Secretary General of the Baltic Sea Commission of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) until March 2027.
