HR Planner
I am responsible for matters related to the employment lifecycle and the development of HR processes. My duties include employment relationship counseling, employment contract management, and the development of occupational well-being. I collaborate with occupational health services and prepare HR-related plans and reports. I also serve as secretary for the cooperation committee, the occupational safety and health committee, and the personnel group.
