Regional Plan for Urban Land Use, Services, and Transport

The objective of the plan is to develop regional planning to be more strategic and to emphasize the significance of land use and transport network solutions for the region’s attractiveness and regional development. The strategic objective is to direct urban growth to existing active land use areas designated in the regional plan and to key areas, particularly those to be developed in terms of attractiveness factors.
