Report published 12.1.2023 (90 pp.) Study: Sitowise, commissioned by: Regional Council of Varsinais-Suomi / SCALE UP project. The study has produced options for how the administrative tasks related to organizing regional rail transport in Varsinais-Suomi can be organized. In addition, the study has described various models for sharing the costs generated by regional rail transport. The objective of the work was not to produce a single recommendation for organizing regional rail transport in Varsinais-Suomi, but rather different options from which the region can select the most suitable one in its subsequent processes.
