I ensure that decision-making runs smoothly and information flows effectively. I prepare decision-making for the Regional Council, Regional Board, and Audit Committee, and I am responsible for meeting communications and event organization.
I am responsible for developing the website and its content, as well as monitoring and reporting on communication effectiveness. I strengthen internal communication and implement multi-channel communication.
